What this covers
These terms apply to novaan.in, the Novaan Technologies company website. They do not govern Counter, which has its own terms, and they do not govern client projects, which are set out in a written agreement before work starts.
Using the site
You are welcome to read, link to, and quote this site. Please do not attempt to disrupt it, gain access to systems behind it, or republish it wholesale as your own.
Content and ownership
The text, design, wordmark, and symbol on this site belong to Novaan Technologies. The Counter screenshots show our own software with sample data, not a real store's records.
Accuracy
We keep this site current and we label what is not finished. Even so, it describes work in progress and is provided as is, without warranty. Nothing here is an offer, a quote, or a commitment to deliver a particular feature by a particular date.
Links out
Where we link to another site, we are not responsible for its content or its handling of your data.
